Like ourselves, our caterers are family businesses who are passionate about their craft and are selected based on quality, service, and glowing reviews from our guests.
Each of our couples are unique, so we offer multiple options to satisfy different preferences from classic choices to gourmet and farm to table cuisine. Our Caterers each provide full serving staff and bartenders, are NYS Department of Health Approved, and are fully insured.
Caterers provide, manage, and serve all food, beverage and alcohol, and provide place settings including plates, glassware, flatware, and napkins. They also clean up their catering areas and remove trash. Typically, Caterers do not provide dining table linens or décor such as table runners, but some have available rentals.
ALCOHOL POLICY | All alcohol must be provided by and served by the Caterers’ staff. Any special requests for locally sourced or specialty alcohol can be made through your caterer.
Our Caterers have Professional Bartenders who operate and serve responsibly — no shots, no alcohol “to-go,” and no alcohol is permitted on a self-serve basis. To ensure the safety of our guests, we reserve the right to slow or cease service as necessary. We do not allow guests to bring in their own alcohol, including mini bottles or flasks.
LUNCH OPTIONS | If you would like to include any alcohol for your wedding party prior to your cocktail hour, please inquire with your caterer about their options for food and alcohol in the preparation suites.
NYS Liquor Laws require all alcohol for the day must be provided by and served by your caterer.
