Thoughtfully re-designed and modernized, we have immaculately restored the Sablewood and built the Charlington to reflect our rich history and wow your guests. We are NYS code compliant and ADA accessible. We frequently hear the most heart-warming comment from our couples at the end of the evening, “Our guests were blown away by your venue.”
Unlike traditional wedding venues, you have private access to the property for your special day. We only host one event per day and are not open to the public so you and your loved ones have a special day unique to you.

There are so many moving pieces to a wedding day, from coordinating with vendors to chair placements to guest experience. Our service is intentional and built with the same level of attention that has been given to the venue.
We offer an unmatched inclusive experience for all of our wedding couples. Every wedding day will have a team of Five Sablewood Team members. Our team will handle everything from assisting all of your vendors, accompanying you during portraits, to setting up your ceremony and reception spaces and attending to your guests. In addition to our team, we offer top-tier vendor partners through our vendor referrals. This high-touch experience allows you and your beloved to be fully present, enjoying every moment with your family and friends.
Meet Our TeamDates can be held for 10 days with a $250 fee. This fee will be applied to your initial retainer payment. Should you elect not to have your wedding at The Sablewood, the date fee can be used towards an engagement session on the property on select dates.
